(KRON) -- All lanes on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge were reopened Saturday morning.It comes after eastbound traffic was stopped on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge on Friday due to a mental health crisis, California Highway Patrol said.As of 5:30 p.m. Friday, some lanes were temporarily reopened to relieve traffic congestion on the bridge, CHP said. Other lanes are still blocked, and traffic is being diverted to Main Street. As of 7:15 p.m. Friday, all lanes were closed again. Also eastbound I-580 at Sir Francis Drake, the Main Street on-ramp and the San Quentin on-ramp were also closed.
